Best collagen recs ? Does it need to be expensive

Hi, I am struggling to decide whether I need to splurge on an expensive collagen supplement or any one will do? Has anyone tried a range? I guess more expensive ones are just about the branding ?

I'm replying to bump because I want to know too! I've been using Ancient and Brave vegetarian one and looking to change- I'm not even vegetarian but I would want a product that was as sustainable as possible.

As there is no proof that taking collagen supplements has any effect (it is digested just like any other protein that you eat) I would save your money & buy cheap!
