New boots advice

Can anyone recommend a nice pair of boots that will go with tights and dresses/skirts. My previous ones zip broke and ive ordered a few online but when I try them on they look strange to me. This would be for work mostly so stylish, comfortable but hopefully trendy too

Id ordered these but they just look quite mannish on my legs, I have quite big calves and they seem to cut at an unflattering area
