London Day Spa Recommendation

Hi
I’ve decided to go to a spa for my birthday this month, but struggling to know which one to choose! Ideally id like a pool, sauna/ steam rooms, a treatment and lunch. I looked at the St Pancras hotel, has anybody been there? Also looked at the Shard and Sea Containers but no treatment included and I don’t think there is pool at Sea Containers. Does anybody have any other ideas please? I’m coming from bucks into Marylebone so ideally this side of the river. Thank you!

Are you set on London? If you drive, I'd go to
The Grove.

I tried St Pancras and it was perfectly nice. It was quiet which was great. And small.
