I am so worked up right now. I ordered two dresses and need to return one. Deadline is Wednesday but I really need to do it today re time to get to the shop to drop it off for shipping.
I have a Desigual account but it looks like I ordered the dresses as guest.
Everytime i click on the "returns" section it takes me to my account, this dress is not on there.
If I click on "tracking" on the order for the dress (as per instruction on the web re guest returns" it takes me to my account, the dress is not on there.
I cannot see any other way of registering a return.
Yes I know I should have done this sooner but fuck me, how can it be this hard?!
I've called customer services - too busy, cut me off and will contact me later apparently. I've also emailed.
Anybody got any ideas so I can get this bloody thing shipped by 5pm?
