I look awful :(

No matter how hard I try, I always look tired and frankly haggared.
I'm 44. Hair is lank and greasy, even straight after blow drying.
Dark circles under eyes, get told daily at work "ooh you look so tired...", I eat well and also take supplements for iron and a multivit.
I'm pale and pasty, even the top end make up foundations don't hide how worn out I look. Always get breakouts on my cheeks (change pillow cases every few days).
Hair doesn't grow, it's fine and straggly. I need a whole new style.
I don't drink or smoke. Always in bed by 10 or 11pm.
I look and feel like someone in their 60s :(
Any advice?

Spots on cheeks is too much sugar.
Dark circles can be a wheat intolerance.

Have a think about what you eat and drink. The clue is there.

I hate the gym too HmmmIAmPondering so looked for a strength training based YouTube channel.

It took some looking through to find one I felt like engaging with until ao stumbled on Juliette Wootton. Her YT vids have a class of people there too. VERY normal people, not super duper fitties and some very inspiring OAPs that would put many of us to shame 😅

I like her vids and you can go as hard as you like. Simply up your dumbbell weight as you get stronger. I only started about 3 months ago and both me and my DH have noticed a difference in me (I am well into peri territory) 🙂

Also I think regular proper exercise is what keeps people looking and feeling best. Weight training at home turned things around for me

I always find an eyebrow wax and tint with an added eyelash tint wakes my face up.

A few. Physically: i lost a stone (4 years and another kid later, still off), waist appeared, shoulders and arms especially became toned. Mentally, it's a way to process stress, get endorphins, build self esteem. Life changing.
