What flat shoes??

Wearing a maxi dress to a wedding in March (uk) dress similar to the below pic. I want to wear flat shoes but don't know what would go! Usually I'd wear nice sandals but in March it'll be cold and is it odd wearing sandals if not a summer wedding? Please help!

What sort of shoes do you usually wear?

I usually opt for flatter shoes, maybe something with a kitten heel? And not an open back as depending on whether you are indoors/outdoors you might want to wear tights.

What colour accessories do you have to match? Is the dress purple?
