Thought I'd start a follow on thread as I'm not about till tomorrow and I'm loving see all the LD arrivals, definitely doing some more next week.

I’ve ordered a Paddington Creative waste I liked (as too risky to gamble again) - with a mini and the free midi. I’m hopeful I won’t get another Paddington 😬😂

Totally agree. The current straps are ok for winter with coats, jumpers etc but not quite as comfy when sleeveless in summer.

Fear of missing out!!

I told my sister I have a bag obsession - she thinks I have a bargain obsession ( she could be right it's a family trait- she buys beauty products 😂😂- which my DDs then get the benefit of).
I am hiding this thread next year!!!

Re: Lack of padding on the straps. I might buy some padding for the Medium Canfield. Before I let myself loose in the minefield that is Amazon, has anyone bought any detachable straps they could recommend?

@IlovePond I ended up selling 5 bags yesterday. Only kept the items I really love. I just ordered 2 more maxis and the free midi code worked for me again despite me using it last weekend. Couldn't stack codes but still a fab deal. Addicted to LD

Well done for selling on @manpan1 . I feel like having another go but wouldn’t want to be stuck with bags I didn’t really need. I was worried the reselling market might be a bit flooded atm so good to hear of successful selling. Did you sell on eBay or Vinted?

@IlovePond I sold on the FB sell or swap page. It was my first attempt yesterday and everything sold within an hour or two. I sold a small finchley, kennington, 2 Paddington Bs and a small bantry.... so I am still saving even after ordering more!! Well worth giving it a go. A lot of people would rather buy new from there than take the risk. Worst case, you can return items to Roka

I don’t do FB @manpan1 but I am glad it worked out. I have noticed some things are selling on eBay but only if they are below LD price and only the rucksacks.

I am happy with my Trafalgar, (aka new work bag), Emerald Chelsea, (new gym bag), and the Medium Canfield, (new overnight bag should I ever go anywhere!)

I like the small Bantry, despite its horrid Custard colour, but don’t really know what I will use it for. I can’t sell it now as I managed to rip the tag off while getting it out to look at the other day. I’ll probably use it in the summer if/when I go for the odd walk in the country and feel a bit daft with a handbag!

I really shouldn’t have done a Mini LD the other day. I don’t need another Chelsea and not in Saffron. I don’t think it would get back to ROKA in time for me to get a gift card to have another go at the LD. I may feel more fondly towards it in the summer.

I am NOT going again today just because of the free Midi. I will keep telling myself that a) I really don’t need more bags and b) it would be £5 more expensive for me than last week, (which I do find really annoying 😹)

Here are some bags I am looking for if anyone is looking to sell for LD plus postage.
Small Canfield - Taupe/green/petrol or blue/black/burnt orange

I have been very lucky with my Lucky Dips so far and feel if I do anymore I will end up with something I have or a colour I don’t like haha.

@IlovePond I just checked my account. They did free delivery on the last day but apart from that I can't find any other offers. They did a '50% off knitwear' when you bought a backpack in January (found an old email) and they did the 'buy a Paddington D for £10 when you spend £50' (same as this year). But I can't see the free midi offer at all

I got a Finchley small in Lavender I was planning in returning and put it on Vinted at LD price and it sold within an hour. If it didn’t sell over the weekend I was planning on returning it next week.
I have gone for another 2 maxi’s and the free midi yesterday.

So it would seem that this year’s offers have been more generous, and anything/nothing could happen on the last day.

Code for free midi. LDFREEMIDI when you spend £50 you have to add the midi to your basket, then put the code in. Took me ages to figure it out. It ends tonight at midnight

I am definitely sitting on my hands. I'd quite like a pink or grey Finchley, a smaller bag for phone and keys etc. One of my DCs is desperate to steal my marine small Bantry, so I might buy one for them too.

Agree, I received 3 in the end and have decided to keep one black and teal one. It is really growing on me.

Not sure whether to dip again. Probably shouldn’t, as looking for something specific. What have you received recently? I ordered on the free delivery last Monday and it was a Moorgate in Poppy, which was disappointing although it went in minutes on vinted at LD price, so saved me returning it.

@Sigma8 I love the Poppy Moorgate. I would have bought the one on FB but I already have 2 Moorgates from this round of LD!
Is the Free Midi offer still on? If not, I would wait until the last day and they may do free delivery.
Last week I received a Kennington Blue Denim Wash for the free midi (beautiful), Saffron Chelsea and Coral Small Finchley. Sold the Finchley in minutes and kept the other two items
I think it's worth the risk although Vinted and FB may get a bit flooded this week when we all assess our hauls and do a bit of a cleanse to ease the conscience!!
