Thought I'd start a follow on thread as I'm not about till tomorrow and I'm loving see all the LD arrivals, definitely doing some more next week.

@manpan1 just checked my slip. Mine is a black label Canfield b London fog small.
I think my laptop might be sligntly bigger. I can get it in the Canfield but can't get much else in it.

@curlycurlymoo you need a medium backpack. My work bag is a medium and a 17" fits fine.

@DearestItIsSnowing you did really well too - I love everything you've been sent. I wonder if the same person picked our dips.

@DearestItIsSnowing I'd love to buy the Paddington B if you do decide to sell it.

@curlycurlymoo I have a medium Finchley in Mist (canvas) and a medium Canfield in black with purple zips (nylon) that I could swap for your small black label Canfield in London fog if you are interested? Both new with tags.

I presume your small Canfield is canvas? As long as I do not get the same bag in my LD. I couldn’t resist the free midi and I ordered on Sunday…

@curlycurlymoo I think the Finchley is deeper than the Canfield. I can't fit my laptop into the small bantry for the same reason, it's shallower. I can fit my laptop into the small Finchley with space to spare at the top and space in the main section for other stuff. Depends how much more you want to pack in there. Its much bigger capacity - I think its 50% bigger capacity than the Canfield - 10 litres vs 7 litres

@Sigma8 your Finchley sounds good. I need to just double check dimensions to see if I can get my laptop in

I already have a Shrimp (Candy?) coloured backpack, and have already swopped a medium bag for a small Bantry Miss Pom Pom which want to keep. I don’t need another Paddington.

Do you have something different to swap?

@DearestItIsSnowing Hi not really.... Paddington B in cranberry, small Paddington D in corn yellow, possibly a small carnaby purse in black canvas. I have a mini on the way but I don't have any other maxi dips to swap unfortunately

My three bags came with a sticky label detailing what they are. I wonder if that’s organised by the person who picks the bags out at the fulfilment centre (so is told to pack 2 maxis and a midi, but chooses which), or if it’s decided by someone at Roka?

I thought you couldn’t exchange LD but could get a refund. I might send it all back and buy something from Kipling instead, I bought the Gatwick M but it’s bigger than I expected and I don’t love it.

I do quite like the little black bantry but it sure if it’s big enough for everything I wanted to put in it.

I’ve got 2 mini hopefully arriving today (I didn’t need 5 new bags), maybe I will love one of those.

@Crayfishparty i read the info last night. You can return lucky dips and they cover the postage as long as you accept a gift card instead of a refund. For a refund you need to pay postage/fee. I am happy to get a credit and take a chance on another dip. Or just buy the bag I want!
I have 2 paddingtons to sell/swap (one cranberry, one marine) and the coral finchley.

Ah, @manpan1 - I wondered why people were talking about gift cards. Have they always offered this, or is it a new thing? Seems like a good idea to me!

@IlovePond Its been the case from the start. I had to call them today because I couldn't return/exchange while the order was still showing as 'unfulfilled'. I asked what the process is. Essentially they have to offer returns so you can either return for a refund (they charge you the postage and a small fee I think I read somewhere). Or you can return for a refund to gift card and they cover the cost of the postage. You can then use the gift card to buy another dip or anything else. When I chatted with them this morning they did say that the returns portal allows you to exchange the lucky dip (for another lucky dip or anything else) and they provide the free shipping label. They hadn't advertised it because it would have cost them a fortune I guess from everyone swapping dips FOC but the system does allow you to do it..... so I may do that.

My second Maxi LD arrived today.

I received a Creative Waste Black Edition Trafalgar Corn Recycled Nylon medium.

I have to say - I'm very happy with this. It's perfectly understated for using for work and it comes with an internal laptop section and an internal pocket for a drinks bottle. There's lots of space in the main section of the bag, there is an outside zipped pocket, and there are two internal zipped pockets in the main section of the bag.

Very happy with my lucky dips! Well done Roka.

Did anyone get a dispatch email or does the LD just turn up at some point? I ordered on Monday but still waiting. I know it's not been long, but other people seem to have got their orders quite quickly!

I'm just impatient as I want to see what I got, more so than because I need it

Hello. I just received a mini dip. Got a Paddington D hip bag in plum. Lovely colour but not after a hip bag at the moment so might sell on

I got a dispatch email, but I'd also ordered a full price bag as well as the LDs

@Alarae I got a despatch email for my full priced item but it said nothing else had been shipped yet. Then it all arrived in one parcel. I ordered Sunday, arrived yesterday. My Monday mini dip hasnt arrived yet

Is this a hip bag like a bum bag? I might be interested

Hello! have been lurking and being easily susceptible to peer pressure, I ordered a maxi LD on Saturday & then an additional maxi and a midi.

The first has just arrived, no shipping update from Roka, so it was a glorious surprise and it's a Canfield B nylon in black with purple trim. I love it - delighted.

So, thank you all for sharing your purchases and enabling me... I am converted!

@DearestItIsSnowing if you want to sell your green Finchley let me know. I'd have been delighted with that colour: I love green. My black/purple creative waste Cranfield got stolen by my daughter who has whisked it off back to uni with her!
