I prefer the Chalk one but it does depend on how and where you want to use it. The more tan ones would go well with a summer wardrobe.

2025GB · 10/01/2025 18:04

I’ve got my eye on the chalk one myself.

TomatoSandwiches · 10/01/2025 18:05

Brown bucket for the best overall but I do like the chalk, depends on what other bags you have also.

verycloakanddaggers · 10/01/2025 18:07

Personal opinion obv, the brown shoulder is ok, the brown bucket has not nice metalwork, the willow bucket has not nice metalwork plus is a not nice colour.

TomatoSandwiches · 10/01/2025 18:10

Are you in the UK op?

LoafofSellotape · 10/01/2025 18:12

Brown shoulder, really lovely and if hardware suddenly turns silver everywhere then it won't date. Really nice.

I'm in Ireland, tomato. Great to get a range of opinions! I need to replace an ivory Dune handbag my mother bought me that I love that is falling apart. I have a tan leather bag I want to replace as I dont like person who gave it to me anymore, a nice small black leather bag I bought in Allsaints, and I will put photos of my two main bags that I use below. The chalk one above was a nice colour in the shop, not pink tinged like it looks in the link photo above.

@Womansisterdaughtermother

I found the chalk in John Lewis for cheaper, just incase that's an option for you.

It would depend on what and where you use it. The shoulder bag is very in fashion just now but personally not to my taste. The willow chalk and the brown bucket are both quite different sizes so you need to consider which one you'd need, as is smaller one bigger. Possibly the willow could be an everyday bag as well as more dressy with the shorter strap. You can also buy short gold chains to dress it up.

The coach pebbled leather is amazing and the hardware is brass and very durable, don't worry you won't get to see any silver looool! I used a camera bag nearly daily for 3 years and the hardware top coat chipped only slightly to reveal a similar colour , only on high use areas. No idea if coach uk ship to Dublin but the chalk willow seems to be half price atm.
