Outfit for my 40th

It’s my 40th towards the end of the year, I want to look at feel fabulous by then!
im probably about 1.5 stone overweight but giving myself 9 months to sort it out, and I mainly just want to feel fit and strong. I want a dress / outfit to wear I can feel amazing in at a drinks party. I reckon I can hope to be a size 12, with good sized boobs and some curved. I don’t like my arms so want something which covers them. Happy to spend up to £500 if I feel amazing in it! (But v happy to spend a lot less and then splash out on a blow dry etc too!)
does anyone have any suggestions either of a dress / jumpsuit or where to look as I don’t know where to start!!!

I wouldn’t be choosing now. The thing that will be the height of fashion next Autumn isn’t in the shops yet.

Though you could, alternatively, start looking for a pre-owned Saint Laurent Le Smoking, which would exhaust your budget. To wear with a little flippy dress picked up in Zara a couple of days before your party.
