Pregnancy skincare

Recently found out I'm pregnant.

Current routine up until then was:

AM:
Cerave hydrating cleanser
Beauty pie glycolic toner
Caudalie hydrating serum
Cerave eye cream
Caudalie moisturiser

PM:
Double cleanse with Elemis cleansing balm and Cerave hydrating cleanser
Skin & Me Azelaic acid and niacinamide (every other day)
La Roche Posay retinol (every other day alternating with skin&me)
Fresh lotus night cream

Since finding out I'm pregnant I've dropped the glycolic and retinol. I've added in Medik8 bakuchiol

Any tips
For pregnancy safe products that would boost my routine? I feel like I need an exfoliant or something to brighten my skin. I have tried lots of Vitamin C products in the past and they always seem to break me out in spots but all recommendations welcome!

I’m so worried. I’ve always had a basic skincare routine and when I became pregnant I cut back and literally just used my moisturiser for a while, except for one day (prior to testing positive) when I put my old Skin and Me product on, forgetting it had retinoid in it. I washed it off seconds later in a panic and really don’t know how I could be so stupid. Fast forward a few weeks and I’m 11 weeks pregnant and for a couple of weeks I’ve been putting a BHA exfoliant on my skin which has 2% salicylic acid in it, totally unaware this isn’t allowed! This is my third baby, so I’ve been a bit laxed with checking things this time round, but my first born is autistic, so naturally I’m a bit worried I could have done something to affect this baby, as I’m reading online it can impact development. (And before I get all the “autism is genetic” comments, yes I’m well aware)
