Hi can anyone tell me if they’ve bought from Zalando. Is it a legit site?

I used it before Christmas. Was sceptical, but it was the only place that had the Levi's I wanted in the right size. Delivered on time and just as ordered. My daughter said she has also ordered from there and everything was ok,

Yes, it's a huge e-commerce company that's been established for years. German based, they used to have a very generous 100 days return period but I think they've just changed that.

It is, I've bought a few pairs of DMs from them. They've also processed returns effeciently.

Im in rural Denmark and I can't remember the last time I bought from anywhere else tbh.

Are you uk based? As in delivery was to the uk?

Yes, and you've just reminded me that I've got £50 credit on there (got some vouchers) I've used them several times. I always do click and collect rather than home delivery, but I do that for everything if available.

Absolutely shocking ordered my daughters school trainers. And there nominated courier left by the bins amd bin bags somewhere. Despite pictures been sent and completing there legal form almost 17 days later only generic responses and no replacement or refund.
Absolute scam artists.
