Boots orders

Is anyone else having problems receiving an order from Boots. I placed an order a week ago that’s still showing “ your order is in process”. Trying to contact them is useless, you just get the usual press1 type messages.
past orders have arrived in about 3-4 days,
I know it’s been New Year bank holiday but two orders with other firms placed later arrived today.

Yes I've had a text message today telling me

Sorry, due to a large amount of orders, your order (number) might be delayed. We’re working on getting this to you and will text you again once it’s ready.

Thank you. I hadn’t had any message.
