Zara returns

Does anyone know if Zara accept late returns over the Christmas period?
I bought a bag for my daughter (she chose it) but didn't like it and has asked me to return it. It's now outside the 30 day returns window and there are no exceptions listed on their website so I may be out of pocket.

Perhaps call customer services and be nice and see if they'll make an exception?

They’ve let me exchange outside the window but it was only a day or so late. Their customer service isn’t usually great so I was surprised. Perhaps because it was still full price and I didn’t want a refund? It might depend if the bag has now been put into the sale.

Go online and check their returns over the Christmas period because some have extended

I bought DD a present in October from John Lewis for Christmas and because they extended the return period I was able to return it.

I did this before I posted, in hope, but there's no mention of an extension.
I've listed it on Vinted now, and it's proving popular so should sell. Fingers crossed.

It's sold out now and i bought it in early November. That'll teach me to be organised. I've listed it on Vinted now so I should get my money back that way.
