Thermal stockings

Does anyone know if it's possible to get thermal-ish stockings?
Winter tights are easy to find, and even cashmere hold-ups, but I've really been liking wearing stockings and suspenders recently and would just like to find warmer stockings that will pair with a suspender belt.

I very much doubt if you’ll have much luck here, the gap at the top of the leg does defeat any thermal aspect. l’m a stocking wearer in spring and autumn (bare legs in summer) but the opaque tights come out for winter days.

You can get “proper” opaque stockings (as opposed to fall downs hold ups), but be careful, as with lace top stockings as well, anything too thick will damage the suspender clasp, and quality sussy belts are not cheap.
