Does it really work? And can you please give me your best recommendations?

I'm looking for something which can help for thinning hair and tighten skin following weight loss.

Thank you

Collagen makes a small difference if you're prepared to be consistent with adding it to your shakes, smoothies, or food daily long-term. Trying for a few weeks won't help. I prefer marine.

Vitamin D and Skin, Hair and Nail vitamins from Solgar might benefit both too. I recommend you incorporate those into your diet for 12 months.

For a quick win, Minoxidil is considered the strongest cream for hair regrowth. It slows down hair loss.

Skin-wise, I suggest Tretinoin. It's another cream that firms skin and reduces wrinkles. It's very good.

Otherwise, look into fractional laser treatment.

Thank you for the links.
Why does the Minoxidil say not for women? Surely hair is hair?

They have women's products on the page. It's to do with the reasons men lose hair vs why women mostly do.

Hair&Me does minoxidil for women, topically or orally.

I've not found collagen to work for the things you need, I think it's quite good for joints though.

Ah thank you, I didn't scroll that far

I use collagen daily for about 2-3 years.
I can't say it's made a huge difference with hair or skin
Nails look cracking
Joints don't hurt as much
And maybe my skin looks fresher, but I have regular Botox

I currently use ancient and brave. Also used vital proteins.

I also use a prescription skin care that contains tretinoin.
I build up from medik8, geek and gorgeous, skin rocks.
I cannot for the life of me remember the brand I use now it's along the lines of skin and me and dermatica I just prefer the formula they provide.

As for hair..mine is terrible so I can't comment on that!

my dermatologist says there is no reason why women can’t use men’s strength minoxidil. She says it’s just marketing. I’m currently using it to fill a bald patch in my eyebrow.

Women use it too. I personally haven't but a close friend has. It appeared to work. As it's a prescription read some online reviews.
