Leggings for beginner?

I have never worn leggings before, well not since around 1992, and I have lost a bit of weight so looking to find some decent ones now.

I tried mint velvet as heard good things about them but at £19 for see through material they will be getting sent back. Primark cosy leggings are not see through but they bobble so much after a couple of wears. I have tried a few others, but the material is just so thin.

Is there a holy grail of leggings?

I live in my Lovall winter everyday leggings at this time of year. They're thick, warm and haven't gone bobbly at all. They do petite and tall lengths and the sizes run 6-28.

I've got others from Lovall that I like but these are the ones I would repurchase instantly if anything happened to them.

I had the mint velvet ones and loved them but they didn't last long at all, disappointing

My mint velvet ones are really thick and I can only wear them in cold weather. They certainly aren't see through.
