On insta 2 weeks ago a spa that I followed had a 40% off sale. I booked a treatment and the day before they phoned me and said that I was the only treatment booked that day so they weren’t going to open, sorry, and to book another day. Ok.
Two days before I got an email to say my new appointment time has been updated to later on in the day, clearly I had been moved to accommodated someone else. I phoned them and said that I never changed it and I can only do the time that I booked. They had no explanation and told me to rebook for another day.
TODAY, after getting someone to look after my baby and driving an hour to the appointment when I get there the light aren’t working and they can’t do the treatment wtf!
They apologised and booked me for next week with a few extra treatment.
Will it be 4th time lucky though?
Im tempted to cancel but part of me thinks that’s what they want and that they have regrets doing the 40% off sale.
