Anti ageing moisturiser for body?

Post menopausal and getting a bit crepey. Any recommendations for a really good body moisturiser? Maybe one that exfoliates a bit as well? Bonus points if it's non greasy. Thanks.

Naturium body products are supposed to be good. I've not tried any but fancy trying the Glycolic range at some point. SpaceNK sell their products.

Aveeno

Ameliorate is the best.

I have really dry skin so use aveeno or good old fashioned Nivea.
For exfoliating, I’ve bought a pair of those really scratchy gloves and use normal body wash once a week.

Im not sure how how anti ageing any of it is though or even if you can stop it.
