Dandruff help!

I seem to have got really bad dandruff in the last few days - maybe due to all the central heating? I got a medicated shampoo from the pharmacy which has helped a little but I'm going on a date later and it looks awful! Is there anything I can do?!

I tried vosene for the first time last month and omg better after 1 use. I'm now using it every 3 washes so I still get to use my usual lovely milkshake shampoo

I've tried all types of medicated shampoo and none worked for very long. What has worked is Body Shop ginger shampoo for dandruff; wash your hair twice and give yourself a bit of a head massage the second time. Hair wonderfully soft and no embarrassing flakes. Wish I'd discovered it years ago!
