Since when did tk maxx start selling “pre loved” aka 2nd hand stuff?

Looking through the gold label bags, quite a number are second hand. Apparently they “may show signs of wear” but some are still for sale for £999! Apparently it’s part of their character!

it’s not even nice!

Looking at their website, they have a selection of pre-loved designer bags, scarves, jewellery.

Good on them. We should all be buying second hand and shunning fast fashion as it's ruining the planet. I'm not in the market for this sort of second hand, but have a lot of other second hand items in the house and in my wardrobe.

Quite a while now, top end bags and often Mulberry bags, think I've seen scarves too.
The bag you link isn't my taste either but someone will love it.
Same as ever it would be boring if everyone like the same

Just found the second hand Hermes scarves which are more to my taste 😁

An Asda near me sell second hand as does a Prinark near me that sells vintage/ second hand clothes. It’s good to see more retailers offering this.

So does Selfridges, H&M and Zara.

My local branch doesn't have this "gold label" thing. A friend saw it on a visit to London in the summer and told me about it and I thought I'd love to see it one day, but maybe not if the prices are 999!

I've seen vintage stuff in an Asda too (in Nottingham, which is not my usual branch) - I bought a suede jacket which I'm very pleased with.

Check out Debenhams then - tons of secondhand designer stuff!
