Ugg tas slippers

Life long Ugg fan here. Had some of the tas slippers for Christmas which I've been told are to be worn as normal shoes out of the house. How do I style them?

They’re ugly as hell. I wouldn’t be seen dead wearing slippers in public, much less ones like that.

Most of the (very young) people I've seen wearing them, style them with wide leg jeans.

I've seen lots of young people in leggings with socks over and then Tas with a baggy oversized sweatshirt . I have worn mine outside with jeans .

I normally do wide leg jeans or leggings with oversized sweatshirt as above. I feel like I spend my life running errands (school run/mum taxi/popping to a shop) so they're perfect for my 'uniform' 😂 Doubt I'd wear them further afield than that though.

This is how is see them too. All the twentysomethings at the gym are like this, it's a sort of uniform for them.

I’ve had mine for a year or two and don’t choose them as part of an outfit iyswim but if I’m popping to the supermarket or nipping to see a friend and they work with what I’m wearing then I keep them on. You do feel like you’re wearing your slippers outside. Wide leg trousers/jeans only, the leggings/crew socks/oversized hoodie look is dating fast and really doesn’t look good with Ugg slippers.

Thanks all. I've got some bootleg trousers which I thought would be ok with them. I would only really pop to the shops or do the school run in them.

I think a wider leg (flare, bootcut etc) and yes socks xx
