Yes another one! So cross with myself. Tried to buy my Clarins facewash from John Lewis and Boots stores in person yesterday, neither had it in stock. In haste I bought it from Look Incredible online, without registering it wasn't a website I'd used before (think I confused it with Look Fantastic). Now I've read the Trust Pilot reviews and they're not good 😑 I've emailed to ask to cancel as their shipping date is 2 weeks away (?) but I'm thinking that's my money gone! Anybody used this site?
