Is she wearing leather trousers or are they waders ???

I think it might be these, it looks like that little rectangle of leather unde the knee matches on the left boot in your picture, stitched soles and slight square to the nose.

Google lens them and see which ones a nearest. Maybe Hayley Davidson, maybe Schulz there's a fair few to choose from. Who is wearing them have you checked her Insta? The bag is Fendi, have you checked there?
