OMG help - my eyes!!

Final straw with a photo taken today - yes, I'm tired (but I'm always tired) but the bags under my eyes look INSANE. How do I get rid/disguise? Are there any miracle products/solutions out there? The crows' feet aren't great either but I don't feel as horrified by those. I'm 38 😩

Sleep?

FlubeforeChristmas · 25/12/2024 17:07

Your eyes are such a lovely colour op, I know it's not what you asked but thought it needed saying.

Apparently cutting down on salt/caffeine can help, as can massage to encourage lymph drainage?

If you used a volumising mascara you might feel your eyes 'pop' a bit.

They don't look bad to me, but you asked for tips so hence focusing on that

FlubeforeChristmas · 25/12/2024 17:08

There's probably surgical/minor tweaks out there someone might suggest those but I've never had any budget to investigate those x

Ancientdecs · 25/12/2024 17:09

You're completely fine
Please don't feel like you're not

Drivingoverlemons · 25/12/2024 17:12

You have lovely eyes! You are probably just a bit tired. Also drink water. It does help.

Lunaballoon · 25/12/2024 17:13

You don’t have bags, just normal contours around your eye/face outlines.

Mwnci123 · 25/12/2024 17:13

Honestly, your eye bags are nothing on mine!

DreamyB · 25/12/2024 17:16

You have lovely eyes but.. if you do want a product suggestion (alongside lots of water and cooling eye patches) i swear by “Beauty Pie Triple Hyaluronic Acid Elastic Lifting Eye Serum” x

stanleypops66 · 25/12/2024 17:20

How old are you? They could be complety normal for your age.

Sleep?

Ha, thanks.... Easier said than done, but I do need to try and get into a better routine with that.

Thank you! I am definitely a bit tired. I'm good at making sure I drink loads of water though, so not much scope for improvement there. Sorting my sleep routine seems like a good starting point 💪🏻

Water water water. Sleep x lots. Those little under eye gel/serum pads are great - Nip & Fab do a version but there are loads of other options, put them in the fridge first. I like Cerave under eye cream overnight too.

Pickled21 · 25/12/2024 21:04

I don't think you have dark circles at all. Your under eyes are puffy. Drink well, sleep well and use an eye cream or serum and cooling eye patches and you should notice a difference.

MySweetGeorgina · 25/12/2024 21:19

Did not look like eye bags, but just your eye lids?

Your eyes are beautiful and you look normal

TheOtherAgentJohnson · 26/12/2024 12:06

The only thing that really makes a difference is sleep. I look ten years older or younger depending on whether I've slept well, and it's all in the eyes.

AnnaMagnani · 26/12/2024 12:11

OP you have completely normal eyes. There aren't even bags or dark circles there.

Your photo is taken v close up and enlarged. My top tip is to only look at your face from the same distance other people see it, instead of close up at a mirror. I did this and it was amazing how much better my pores looked instantly!
