Need an amazing haircut in London - recommendations?

I’m stuck in a 40’s rut. I want to get a really great haircut, but not sure where to go.

can anyone recommend a salon or hairdresser that can do great things with hair?

i used to have a few amazing hairdressers in the past, but any good ones I’ve found in London are only here for a year or two before moving away ( abroad or out of London)

i used to love experimenting with my hair, but been a bit more conservative of late. Looking for someone to get me out of my comfort zone!

im looking for something central/ south London ideally, but will travel elsewhere in London for the right hairdresser

Joshua Rees Hole (at Harrod’s, he’s been there for years and is great. I am not on commission!)

Pete Burkill at Josh Wood. He's very creative - does a lot of fashion shoots etc - as well as being very precise. Not cheap but he really is excellent. He's been cutting my hair for a few years now.

It depends on what you’re looking for - but have a look at the Hair Bros in Chelsea - they have great stylists and do some really lovely cuts.

Naedlae in the OXO Tower - Claire for colour and Paris for the cut. Both brilliant and so, so lovely.

Edna at Richard Ward in Sloane Square is brilliant! She is really skilled and listens to what you want and always turns it into something really flattering.
