Any Sweaty Betty connoisseurs who could tell if these leggings are fake or the real deal?

I bought my teen a pair of 'brand new with tags' Sweaty Betty leggings on Vinted. She lives in these leggings, so it's a brand I know relatively well. Or at least I thought I did.
As far as I was aware, the 'Sweaty Betty' writing was inside the waistband of the leggings. However this pair has it on the outside. I've never seen this before. An older model perhaps? Or maybe even a new style I haven't seen before.
I'll show you some pics so you can see what I mean.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Funny though, as they seem like a really good quality legging 🤷‍♀️

If you search Sweaty Betty All Day Leggings a pair comes up on their website with exactly that writing on the outside band

They've rebranded recently so that's their latest design

They look fine apart from the writing but maybe it's a new thing. The stitching looks right, don't think you'd get stitching like that on fakes.

Yeah the new style on the website has the full name on the outside waistband

Those tags are being phased out so all clothes will eventually have it printed.

Oh no. I don't like the new branding.
