You’re not alone, and most necks are a lot worse! Unfortunately there are not a lot of non surgical procedures that will make a significant difference. Tretinoin, and a good moisturiser will help a little, but takes time. Radio frequency, microneedling, polynucleotide injections, thread lift, laser are but a few, available for a price. All expensive, some are a course of treatments, Many will have down time , and disadvantages.Most won’t show much difference, or last very long. Neck lift is the gold standard, if you can afford it.
Do you have a reputable clinic near you staffed by trained professionals? You could do a bit of research and have a chat about your options. How old are you, BTW?

I'm 55and following weightloss mine is getting like this. I'm finding retinol is really helping. For winter I have bought a load of the fake collars from Amazon to slip under my tops to disguise.
