Red bags under both eyes

Help! I've got horrible red bags under both eyes. Not for the first time I've been asked if I have a black eye 🙄. Has anyone else managed to find something to get rid of them?

I don't truely know the answer but I am suffering similar. I have read a few threads here. But for me what has been the best thing is slathering lots of face cream - I've switched to Nivea Q10 the day and also night versions- its within my budget - but it has been really good for it. - I also add a very small blob of extra virgin olive oil to help keep it moistured. I find with concealer etc literally less is more. - it seems to settle, then when you smile it cakes up making any creases worse. so I just use a very light dabbing of foundation and keep my fingers crossed. - but it deffo likes the moisturisers.
