Help me find this scarf!

I know indoor scarves are shunned on Style & Beauty 😂 but perhaps you can use your skills to help me find this elusive scarf or something similar for my DM, please?

It doesn’t have to be this scarf, just the same colour and shape (long and thin). Plain or a subtle pattern like this one, crinkly or not, embroidered, printed, any fabric! It isn’t a great photo, the second photo is a more accurate representation of the colour.

It’s not quite turquoise or teal, she calls it peacock blue…

Budget? You'll find lots of what you're looking for at Liberty if that's in your price range. Or try the shops for the Royal Academy, the National Gallery (and their Scottish equivalents) and the V&A.

As to whether indoor scarves are acceptable, given the likes of Hermès, Delvaux, Klements, Longchamp and Liberty all sell them I don't think I'd give tuppence for the MN view of the issue.

I don’t understand how they can be shunned?! It’s just a scarf, if you wear it indoors who would know unless you live stream your life from your house!!

If you wanted a cheaper option you can get tons of them on Amazon.

I don’t think you need to care by what other people think about what you wear on your neck inside your own house! That is a very nice blue-have you tried looking in Fat Face?

I think the objection to scarves is wearing them indoors when you're indoors but not in your own house.

Budget is mid range, museum shop type price, although I am at the point where I would happily go budget or top range 😂 DM wants something quite plain to match a specific outfit so Liberty, Hermes, and my other go to brands for DM like Emma Shipley don’t really have anything. Even Amazon lens can’t find the right colour 😟

@Mipil if you got to the Google app on a phone or tablet (not Chrome) you can take a picture of any object and Google will find visual matches for you...

Unfortunately, I don’t have a photo of the outfit, @heldinadream. I don’t really want to ask her as I have already spoiled the surprise of her main present by asking for photos, a cashmere jumper in an equally elusive colour that she wanted to match a skirt 😂 We have already spent a year searching for perfect scarf 😂 It would be a lovely surprise if I can find one. I actually already bought one of the suggested scarves for her birthday this year, which she loves, but the colour wasn’t quite right in real life.
