Help a haggard mum..tretinoin for adult acne and Dyson dupe

Older mum here. Lost myself a bit.
Now DS is becoming a bit less needy I'm investing back into myself.
Have clogged skin with often hormonal cystic acne..can anyone recommend where is the best place to get tretinoin and what strength/how to use? 1.5% no7 retinol did nothing.
Also have greasy scalp which my hair dresser says is partly caused by never blow drying my hair..would a Dyson dupe that dries quickly without frizz help? Don't have tons to spend or tons of time as the school run is awful in the mornings.
Any help appreciated.

Dermatica - they assess your skin by photo and prescribe an appropriate dose, increasing this overtime. It is powerful stuff and needs to be managed well. The dermatologists also ask for more photos overtime as they adjust the prescription. Consultation us easy too and all part of the offer.

I've saved loads by stopping the ‘trial and error’ and other than a sunscreen only use very basic cleansers and moisturisers.

Really works, my skin is so clear. Taken about 9 weeks.

It is a subscription but I find the cream lasts more than a month and is is so easy to delay the next months supply.
Have a read of the website, loads of great information too.

This is a referral code for reduced subscription.

Try personalised skincare for just £2.90, plus £10 off your next month.

Head to www.dermatica.co.uk and checkout with code QQRPG

If you have bad acne Dermatica can add clindamycin for a temporary period to help clear it (you can't keep it indefinitely as it's an antibiotic). They can also add niacinamide which is good for oily skin.
