I bought something from vinted that wasn't as described, vinted authorised the return and gave me the label. I sent it and it arrived at the sellers locker but they didn't pick it up so now its gone back to the hub and I think it will be returned to me.
I've messaged the seller who said sorry for not picking it up and asked me to resend. I've messaged vinted who haven't replied yet.
What is the vinted protocol in this situation? It can't be that uncommon. I've already waited weeks for my refund, do I just have to do it all again and keep waiting?
