Face serum for 80 year old

DP has suggested his mum would like a face serum for Xmas (I think the suggestion came from his sister). Are there any nice ones around the £30 mark for someone her age? I feel like anti-aging is probably a bit harsh and unnecessary so something hydrating and luxurious feeling. Any ideas please? Or should I put this on the Xmas board?
