Is my Ziip Halo working?

I had to return the first Ziip Halo because it definitely wasn't working - didn't light up properly and didn't 'buzz' to indicate the different steps of the treatment. Now I have a replacement and I'm a bit paranoid that it's also defective. I just don't feel much at all when using it. Is that normal? The current is so faint. I can occasionally feel it on the upper part of my face but almost nothing around my jaw, even on the stronger treatments. I've seen reviews where people complain about the sensation being too strong or even painful but mine is far from that. Just don't want to waste my time if it's not doing what it's supposed to. I haven't noticed any results yet either but I've only had it a few days. Thanks for any advice!

Return if not seeing results.
Also if you can buy it online with no training, it's going to be "not great"
( basically so you can't do yourself a mischief ).

I guess you're right that it has to be really safe but they do get rave reviews.

Would love if someone could tell me what a (definitely working) one actual feels like on your face.

Do they not have a customer chat option that you can clarify your question with?
Honestly imo none of the ones you can buy are anything like the salons & trained professionals use
I'm sure someone else will reply soon .

Thanks. They do probably have chat support but it's such a subjective thing, what the current should feel like. I suspect they would just fob me off by saying it's working if it does the beep/vibrate thing it's supposed to (which it does).
