Just wondering if anyone has used it, and if so, if it's any good? My skin enjoys being hydrated and aside from a couple of hormonal spots every few months, is relatively clear.

Their lip treatments are great.

I do use a retinol oil every other night, but at the moment I just want to focus on getting hydration into my skin

It's a celebrity brand so I wouldn't expect miracles for the price you're paying. Since it's just hydration that you're concerned about it's very easy to buy nice hydrating products for less. The Hada Labo toners are great value for money and really plump things up.

I've seen quite a few decent reviews online, I was just wondering if anyone has some experience with them

Sadly the hylauronic acid from Hada Labo really broke me out so I'm not sure if it agrees with my skin :(

Celebrity brands do tend to come with a lot of positive reviews but a lot of them are planted and the parasocial aspect also plays into it. I don't think they're likely to be bad products but they will be products where a very substantial part of the price you're paying goes to marketing, more than the production cost of the product.

If hyaluronic acid is tricky with your skin, try Aveeno Calm + Restore Triple Oat Serum for Sensitive Skin. It's usually on offer somewhere for around a tenner.
