Need a new lip oil.

Hi all, I have used Clarins lip oil for ever but really fancy a change. But looking at what looks like a million brands of lip oil I am not sure which one?

Given many are in the £20+ range for so many brands I have never heard of, I dont want to make a mistake. Are the £30+ any different to a £9.99 one?

So will spend up to £22-£25 at a push, but would prefer cheaper, I quite like a neutral or a beige toned colour, not a red maybe a dark pinkish. Extra if has an SPF (if they do them).

Just had a look at cult beauty and just got bogged down. I also loved Clarins lip perfector colour 02, but fancied a change.

Any help would be great.

I would also love a lip oil with SPF (I get cold sores) so following for suggestions!

I've just bought Clinique's black honey and tried it yesterday. It is very subtle in colour, gave my cheeks a nice glow too.

A colleague let me use her Dior Lip Oil. It is expensive but it felt lovely on and looked very pretty. The colour was raspberry.

I got one in my boots number 7 advent calendar the other day. It's lovely. I also have an elf plumping gloss. Appreciate they are budget buys, but I like to save where I can.

I use Aldi. Plain and tinted. Not always in stock.

It might not be useful for you now, as a lot of the products ship from the US, but I'd really recommend the rhode peptide lip treatments. They have tinted ones, ribbon is a sheer baby pink and toast is a more pinky nude. They're gorgeous

Beauty pie do the best lower cost lip oils imo. I always need about 4 on the go at a time (bag, desk, car etc) so prefer less luxurious brands.

Oh, thanks everyone, going to get a coffee and peruse!
