Scent of the day continued

New thread for anyone who wants to contribute! I'll start - back on the Byredo Mojave Ghost today. Must be a good 'un as out for brunch with some friends and one of them commented on how lovely it was - as I had a sample tester in my bag I was able to give her a spritz of it to try.

I layered this with the Mojave body lotion in the hopes that I'd get a bit more longevity.

Oh yay! I was wondering if I would be able to find the thread again.

@IDontHateRainbows how was the staying power with the lotion.

todays was remember me by Jovoy. Really cozy scent. I wasn’t that keen on the test strip. But on skin it was amazing. Not very long lasting though. Which I also found with their fire at will.

So still undecided on it.

Been to lush today with ds and he got some for Christmas. He got shade perfume and Lord of Misrule (solid and body spray). I got sticky dates body spray for dd.

also tried their death and decay. I absolutely love it and the staying power is great. Just £100 seems a lot for a lush perfume. Though, not really sure why.

A little better I think. I have to the conclusion that all Byredo scents are not long lasting, not on my skin at least. the Ghost Absolu is nice but just not the same as the original and a little too sweet for me. So lotion + original MG it is

Yeah I find they aren’t long lasting. Lotion generally helps though. Mohave ghost is one I haven’t tried yet.

We have a byredo store in town. I need to make time to go and try some.

I have had byredo samples from Scented samples, would rate them. Not to be confused with scent samples who have had feedback suggesting they sell fakes!
