Smart jeans with subtle embellishment?

Got a Christmas meal in 2 weeks, relatively low key as it's in a pub. No one dresses up massively but I fancy going a bit smarter than my everyday garb. Has anyone seen slim-fit jeans (ideally black) with some sort of understated embellishment? I used to have a River Island pair with subtle diamante embellishments around the pockets, which I loved but can't find, my weight has yo-yo-ed a lot over the years and I think I might have got rid of them at some point when I was bigger.

The weight is coming off again now (currently size 16 although hoping to drop lower in the new year) and I'd love to find another pair of 'going out' jeans so to speak, that I can pair with heels and an understated top. I love the silver jeans from a recent thread but fear they might be a bit too extra for this particular occasion. 😄

Ooh, those are cute. I hadn't thought of adding embellishments myself - I'm not the world's best sewer but could probably manage that, thanks for the suggestion! 🙂

@FestiveFruitloop with bulky embellishments you need to be aware of positioning (that's going to be annoying on you back pocket if sitting for a while )
And most say that say iron on are lying! Tiny stitches all the way round needed to secure in place.

Could you get a sparkly belt instead? Leaves the door open for more choice of jeans so bound to find rhe best fit for you

@FestiveFruitloop @Fuzzyandwarm makes a good point, find some cracking jeans and a sparkly belt, then you have so many more options (vinted eBay etc for belt + maybe other accessories)
