Need new walking shoes / boots

Not the most glamorous topic but my current pair are leaking so need something new. They're for walking around a wet muddy park for an hour or two, rather than doing 20 mile hikes. I want something very comfy that won't need breaking in. Ideally a boot for this time of year, and then a lighter trainer style for warmer weather. Would definitely consider Skechers or similar but wanted to see what other people wear first. Budget negotiable. Thanks!

I just bought Berghaus walking boots on Amazon at half price for about £80 They are not ugly like most boots and seem comfy too.

I have muck boot wellies for really soggy dog walks (super comfy) and then their lace up ankle boots for general muddy walks. They’re pretty indestructible and comfy. The lace up ones are not as comfy and warm as the neoprene wellies though.

I have these in teal. Ignore the price, they're easy to wear, I normally get blisters but these didn't cause any.

Just discovered that my Berghaus boots are Kate Middleton's favourite apparently.

U recently bought Merrell waterproof walking shoes. They didn't need breaking in, they are lightweight and so comfortable. But for winter dog walks I have waterproof Camel Active boots. Mine have a warm lining in them. They used to work well for standing around sports fields during wet winters when my teens played sports.
