Another DM one - sorry

I'm sorely tempted by some fur-lined burgundy DM Chelsea boots but as I occasionally suffer from plantar facitis/arch pain, I'd need to be able to use a supportive insole when needed. Does anyone know if the furry insoles are removable or am I going to have to buy a size bigger?

I have the fur lined boots with laces and I have taken the soles out. To be honest, they are the most painful shoes I have ever bought. 😂

I have the Serenas (laced fur lined) and the website says both those and the Leonore Chelsea boots have removeable insoles... But I just tried to detach mine and they were pretty firmly wedged.

It took me a good few months to break them in. I ended up using a hammer and wedging bean tins in overnight.

In my experience the chelsea boots crack across the bridge of your foot, they are not worth half the asking price .
The soles also wear so much quicker than they used to.
Id keep looking if I were you.

Thanks all. Back to the drawing board for me then - I was a bit worried they'd make my feet too hot too, so I'll avoid.

I wear Fly London Mon boots and can put an insole in, the fact that they have a wedge heel makes them a lot mot comfortable for my feet too

I've already got a few pairs of Fly boots similar to those - I once managed to wear a single green boot and a single tan boot to town and didn't notice til I got home 😆I might dig them out for a change.
