Hey experts... what's currently in vogue with the 'yoot' scent wise? Boy's 18th gift required..

Don’t know what the trends are but the young ones I know all appreciate any Calvin Klein (except ‘Obsession’).

My son wierdly is into male perfumes and follows various people on tik tok and has asked for Mandela Tonka Cola for Xmas but it is expensive so don’t get unless he is into them too and that is your budget. Other Mancera fragrances also available!!

sashagabadon · 02/12/2024 15:49

Mancera not Mandela

PolaDeVeboise · 02/12/2024 22:06

Edited

On offer at Boots. Just bought it for nephew.

For roughly the same cost as a bottle of soap-smelling high street stuff you could take him to Penhaligons/L’Occitane/Lush and let him sniff and try on a few things and choose something he’s sure he likes.

Hi op, I have a ds who is absolutely obsessed with aftershave who takes after his dad who is exactly the same with an impressive collection between them. Ds is 21, nearly 22. Thinking back to when he was 18 he had just started on Tom Ford and his signature scent is Grey Vetiver which is stunning but expensive. He’s always loved the Paco Rabanne stuff and that seems to be hugely popular with his friends too.

His newest aftershave is Versace Eros which he picked up on holiday but always seems to drift towards Paco Rabanne Ultraviolet for special occasions.

i find it so much easier to choose a men’s aftershave than a woman’s perfume. Men at much less fussy I find. I’m sure whatever you buy he will love.
