Has anyone ordered & returned from Smiffy's?
I ordered a load of fancy dress stuff. Need to send most back. Some of it unopened, and some of it opened but it came in terrible hard plastic packaging. It's borderline impossible to get some of the items back in & also a lot of the packaging ripped on opening because it's that sort of material.
It sounds like they're quite fussy with returns judging by what it says on the website. Says they need to be returned in the same condition & packaging they were sent. The items are perfect, but I just won't be able to get some of them back in the packaging.
How fussy are they with these returns?
You also have to pay for your own postage to send it back, which will cost a tenner to send back both parcels. Don't want to send them if they're going to reject.
Anyone had any experience with them?
