Amazong improvement with Tret, but still spotty

So I have been doing skin + me since July and its really helped my skin texture and redness. I'm so much more confident makeup free. However I'm still getting spots on my chin very regularly, also up around my hairline. Unfortunately these spots can leave dark patches after they go, its quite demoralising given how fab rest of skin is!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have anything else in your Skin and Me formula other than Tret. Things like Azelaic Acid, Clindamycin and Tranxemic Acid are all things that can help.

Spots on the chin are almost always hormone related though, which something topical can never fully address.

Yes Nicinimide and Azelaic acid. Will try focus a bit more on my chin.

Have you sent them a message about it? They usually ask for photos and can recommend other things you can do along with your daily doser.

It took a while to get used to the niconimide, tret is 0.009

You might notice a difference when the tret increases. I'm on the max dose, used them for 4 years and my skin is.. well I have before and after photos and it's unrecognisable
