How to have good beauty treatments

I’m 44 years old, nearly 45 and I am just starting to notice and dislike signs of aging.

Under my eyes is looking a little hollow. My lips appear a teeny bit down turned at the sides and I’m sure they are getting thinner. My cheeks seemed to have dropped slightly, I just don’t look as lifted in the face.

I went along to a consultation and the lady advised me to get cheek filler as that would fill my hollows, lift my cheeks and those downturned lines, but she’d clearly had cheek filler and it was noticeable.

I don’t want noticeable differences. I’m not saying the ‘Married at First Sight’ aesthetic is bad, but it’s just not for me. I want to just look refreshed.

How do I go about doing this, without looking like I’ve had fillers and Botox etc? Is there a way of looking natural? I’m in the Cardiff area and there’s so many clinics to choose from, how do you know where to do?

Any advice appreciated.
