This is the thread for daily opening of the H&B advent calendar. As with all the threads, the only firm rule is not discussing a drawer's contents before the day. The usual timeline is no spoilers before 7am but we can agree a different time if people want to.

A great big bottle- fantastic. I wouldn’t have chosen mint if I’d bought it myself but I guess that’s the point of getting an advent calendar- to try out different things.

Very pleased with today's. I'm generally a bar soap woman but I love this brand and it smells lovely.

It's a cinnamon toothpaste. I'm pleased with it as I've never tried anything other than mint before.

There’s always one of these in an H&B calendar; only the flavour varies! I tried in the first year and concluded that flavours other than mint are not for me, so this will get passed on.

I am intrigued to try this! I have just opened it and it seems to smell more minty than cinnamon (which I love) and it’s black!!!

I think it’ll be safe in the bathroom 🤣

DOD for me. My dentist says to use any kind of toothpaste as long as it has fluoride in it, and this brand doesn’t. I put these in the guest bathroom hoping someone will use it. Usually they don’t.

I’ll try this but I’m also not sure about non fluoride toothpaste, I might keep it for occasional use. That is, if I like cinnamon flavoured toothpaste!

I am less concerned about the taste and the lack of fluoride and more about the fact it's black - will it make a big mess of the basin!
