Blazer for every occasion

Is there such a thing as a blazer that I can wear to work, as a jacket if out for a meal and also in the day?

I have a black one but it looks only suitable for work, like a suit jacket.

Get a textured or wool/tweed one. Jersey also works well.

Have a look at Uniqlo, Mango, Zara etc if you're on a budget

Also black can look cheap so try a different colour - depending on what suits you try stone, camel, brown or red (there's a lovely bright red one at M&S)

I have this jersey jacket from Whistles in dark grey. I think it's been a staple of the Whistles collection for years so they have lots of colours.

I have this one. It's very casual but quite versatile. I wouldn't say it's formal though.

Zara double breasted blazers with the gold buttons. I have five and always keep an eye out for new colours.

They work with jeans and trainers on the weekend, smart enough for important meetings, can be dressed up for dinner and work over dresses. I even wore a black one with leather trousers for a cool-but-fancy party and a white one with a sequin skirt on NYE.
