Navy blazer, black trousers?

Can I wear a navy blazer with a white/cream blousy top and black trousers?
I can't get matching trousers for the blazer as they only came in slim leg crop and I don't fit in slim leg and it's winter.
I presume a non-matching navy or any other colour, grey, beige etc would be worse than black?
I need to avoid looking wrong, it's for family court, I have enough against me as it is. Thank you.

I personally like navy with black and wear it myself. Channel your inner Victoria Beckham

I think it’s fine but I also think navy goes with grey if the grey doesn’t have brown undertones.

I would say that if it is for a court appearance then it will be perfectly acceptable; you will look efficient, clean and tidy. I think it will give the right impression. This is not a fancy lunch out with the girls.

Yes , it will look fine.
