Looking for opinions please, going out in the city for cocktails mid afternoon to a nice bar for my birthday and potentially a restaurant after with my husband. Is this ok, I was going to wear with tights and boots to make it a bit more day time

Well I'm going to be 45 so wondering if a little young looking but I saw a girl wearing it on Instagram and it definitely did not look so short. I have not bought any new going out clothes for a long time and struggle to know what is current and feel I've just lost my style a few years ago
