Hair literally standing on ends!!!

I look like a dandelion after a really short pixie cut. The fine hairs on the crown are standing up, dry and static. Any ideas how to bring them down, spray, cream? Thank you.

Spray hairspray on a brush or comb and tease them down with the bristles/teeth. You cab then finish with another spray directly on your hair if you need to.
Another option is a light wax to smooth it out.
If your hair is very fine i'd try the hairspray first.
