Nail help

I think I've had Onycholysis. Therefore my nails are now mega short and really weak. Please can anyone recommend products or treatments to help them recover.

I always recommend this lady. She’s amazing. These videos should help but it could also be worth checking with your GP if you’re not sure of the cause. My friend had psoriasis of the nails which caused lifting too.

I think it was because I butchered my nails taking some Biab off by myself that had been on for over a month

That lady has some videos on recovery from gel too. I went down a rabbit hole when I first started watching her channel.
